Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Gatara platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Gatara is a non-custodial token launchpad on Robinhood Chain. The Service lets anyone create a token and open its trading pool in a single on-chain transaction, and provides machine-learning analysis, scoring, and insights for tokens launched through the protocol.

Gatara does not hold, custody, or control your funds. All transactions are executed on-chain through your own self-custodial wallet. You retain sole control of your private keys and assets at all times.

Launches are executed by immutable smart contracts with no administrative controls. Token supply is fixed at creation, and the full supply is deposited into a Uniswap v4 liquidity pool that no party — including Gatara — can withdraw. Swap fees are fixed at launch: the token creator selects a fee between 1% and 5%, of which a flat 0.50% protocol share is taken out (not added on top). To deter sniping, buys during the first 60 seconds after a launch pay a surcharge that starts at 60% and decays to zero, and third-party buys in the same second as the launch are rejected; the surcharge accrues to the protocol treasury. Sells are never surcharged or blocked. Buying during the first minute of a launch can therefore cost substantially more than quoted — especially exact-output orders.

Token scores, signals, analytics, and any other information provided by Gatara are for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any token or model does not guarantee future results.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using Gatara, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Wallet Connection & Authentication

Gatara uses wallet-based authentication. By connecting a compatible EVM wallet (such as MetaMask, Rabby, or any WalletConnect-enabled wallet), you authorize the platform to read your public wallet address and on-chain data associated with it. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. Gatara will never ask for your private key or seed phrase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code, algorithms, or model weights from the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal use
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its data without written permission
• Use the Service to manipulate markets, engage in wash trading, or conduct fraudulent activities

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, algorithms, machine-learning models, scoring systems, user interface designs, graphics, and code that comprise the Service are owned by Gatara and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Robinhood Chain infrastructure, EVM wallet providers (MetaMask, Rabby, WalletConnect), RPC providers, and block-explorer and data services. These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. Gatara is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

9. Risk Acknowledgment

By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and speculative
• Tokens launched through the Service are typically speculative assets that can lose all value; anyone can create a token, and a token's existence on Gatara is not an endorsement of it
• The Gatara smart contracts are immutable and have not undergone an independent third-party security audit; they cannot be paused, upgraded, or reversed if a defect is discovered
• Buys made during the 60-second launch window are subject to the anti-sniping surcharge described in Section 2
• The Service depends on Robinhood Chain infrastructure, including a sequencer operated by third parties; congestion, downtime, or transaction ordering and inclusion are outside Gatara's control
• ML-based predictions and token scores are probabilistic and may be inaccurate
• On-chain transactions are irreversible once confirmed
• You may lose some or all of the funds you allocate to trading
• Gatara does not guarantee profits, returns, or the accuracy of any information provided

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gatara and its operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, funds, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

In no event shall Gatara's total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Gatara (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Gatara does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gatara and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
