Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2, 2026

1. Overview

Gatara ("we", "us", "our") is a non-custodial token launchpad on Robinhood Chain. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

The short version: We collect minimal data. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any personal information. We do not use cookies or third-party analytics trackers.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Wallet Address

When you connect your wallet to Gatara, we receive your public wallet address. This is pseudonymous blockchain data — it does not directly identify you but is publicly visible on Robinhood Chain.

2.2 On-Chain Transaction Data

We may read and store records of on-chain transactions associated with your wallet address, including token launches, trade history, token balances, and portfolio positions. This data is publicly available on Robinhood Chain.

2.3 Server Logs

Our servers may automatically collect standard technical information such as IP addresses, browser type, and request timestamps. This data is used solely for security monitoring and is not linked to wallet addresses or used for tracking.

2.4 What We Do NOT Collect

  • Names, emails, or phone numbers
  • Passwords or private keys
  • Payment information (credit cards, bank accounts)
  • Location data
  • Device fingerprints or advertising identifiers
  • Cookies — we do not set any first-party or third-party cookies

3. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used to:

  • Display your portfolio, positions, and trade history
  • Provide token scoring, analytics, and market intelligence
  • Maintain and improve the Service
  • Detect and prevent abuse or unauthorized access

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Third-Party Services

Gatara integrates with the following third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy:

  • Alchemy — RPC infrastructure for Robinhood Chain. Processes blockchain queries including wallet data.
  • Wallet Providers (MetaMask, Rabby, WalletConnect, etc.) — Handle wallet connection and transaction signing on your device.
  • Blockscout — Public block-explorer data for Robinhood Chain tokens and transactions.

We do not control how these third parties handle data. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

5. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored in encrypted databases with SSL/TLS connections enforced. We implement reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of data. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain wallet-associated data (trade history, positions) for as long as your wallet has interacted with the Service. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes and then deleted.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access — Request a copy of any data associated with your wallet address
  • Deletion — Request deletion of data associated with your wallet address from our databases (note: on-chain data cannot be deleted as it is part of the public blockchain)
  • Disconnect — Disconnect your wallet at any time to stop further data collection

To exercise these rights, contact us via Twitter/X or Discord.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used the Service, please contact us and we will take steps to delete any associated data.

9. International Users

If you access the Service from outside the jurisdiction where our servers are located, your information may be transferred to and processed in a different jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
